1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using this storefront, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current information.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, compromised, unlawful, or used in violation of these terms.

3. Menu information and orders

Menu items, ingredients, availability, photographs, prices, taxes, fees, promotions, and estimated preparation or delivery times may change. Images are illustrative. Please contact us before ordering if you have allergies or dietary requirements; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent all cross-contact.

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order, including because an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorized, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is impracticable. If we cancel after payment, the appropriate refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

4. Payment, refunds, and promotions

You authorize the displayed charges, including applicable taxes and fees, using the payment method you select. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider and are also subject to that provider’s terms.

Refunds, cancellations, substitutions, and order corrections are handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law. Promotional offers may have separate eligibility, expiry, and redemption terms and may be modified or withdrawn where permitted.

5. Pickup, delivery, reservations, and events

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and fulfillment information and for being available to receive an order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by traffic, weather, demand, third-party couriers, and other circumstances.

Reservations and event bookings are subject to availability and any terms shown during booking. We may contact you about changes, deposits, arrival times, capacity, or other operational requirements.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
  • Do not interfere with security, operation, access controls, or other users’ access.
  • Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the services except as permitted by law or with written permission.
  • Do not submit malicious code, false information, infringing material, or abusive content.

7. Content and intellectual property

The storefront and its software, branding, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for personal transactions.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Governing terms and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the restaurant operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator will hear disputes unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access for violations, security risks, or operational or legal reasons.
